Dear Valued Patients, At AvantDerm, we always strive to provide you with the best possible care and service. However, we regret to inform you that over the next several weeks we will be operating at lower capacity for the Rapid Access Clinic with only one doctor on staff most days. As a result, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this time. We will do our best to accommodate as many patients as possible. Due to the increased volumes we definitely are reaching capacity for the day (sometimes even before 8am depending on how many people are in line). Regrettably, we will need to turn patients away. We understand that this may cause inconvenience, and we ask for your patience and understanding. Due to the high volume of patients that show up for the Rapid Access Clinic please be prepared to wait in line and potentially be turned away if we reach capacity for the day ahead of your spot in line. If you are not comfortable with waiting in line or potentially not getting registered the day you come, you can ask your doctor for a referral to a different clinic. We kindly request that you be considerate to our doctors and staff, they are doing their best to help solve a national health crisis with the Rapid Access Clinic.
